How do I upgrade?
Install the free plugin first. Upgrades happen in WordPress under WooCommerce → StockEven → Plan & billing, so the plan is tied to the store that uses it.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
Prices are in USD before tax. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which adds the VAT, GST or sales tax required in the buyer's country and issues the invoice. Business customers can add a tax ID at checkout.
What happens above the plan limit?
Products above the limit are listed in the panel as “Over plan limit” and don't sync until the plan grows. Nothing is deleted, and the rest of the catalog keeps syncing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the store moves to Free. A cancelled plan can be resumed before that date.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: every feature, no card, up to 50 products. Upgrading later keeps all links and settings.
What counts as a product?
Each WooCommerce product or variation that is linked to Square and syncing. A T-shirt in three sizes counts as three.
How do refunds work?
Payment questions and refund requests go through Link support, which can refund within 60 days of a charge in eligible cases.
